Long-time readers will remember the Displacer (“DESLOCADOR”) portals, but I thought for newer readers I should re-introduce them here. I also came up with a new logo for them. Cool, huh?
Las Compas is the name of a favorite restaurant of mine in Galveston, which sadly is no longer open. It was killed by the city taking four years to re-pave 45th Street. There’s a new restaurant by new owners, called Lupita’s, which is very similar.
